When I think what we have been up to lately, one word sticks out....growing....

This little man is growing leaps and bounds!  He is by far our biggest baby!  At his 4 month check-up he was 25.5 inches long and weighed just over 14 lbs!  He also rolls over, loves to giggle, smile, and play with his siblings!
 This sweet girl is growing too!  At 20 months her language skills impress me tons!  She jabbers away and actually makes sense (most of the time).  She also loves to try and keep up with her brothers, but is girly to the core.  She is so not like her Mommy in that respect...she loves wearing skirts and dresses and will get upset if I pick out an outfit that does not have pink in it! 
And these two little boys....they are definitely growing.  I cannot believe that they will be 4 soon!  How kind the Lord has been to us with them!  They are spunky, normal (well as normal as they can be, since they are a product of my husband and I!), energetic kids!  One thing that has really struck me is how protective they are not only of each other, but of their other siblings as well.  They really love each other and enjoy being around each other.

And my dear hubby and I....I thank the Lord for him and what He has brought the two of us through.  I cannot believe that 5 years ago on June 7th, we got engaged.  The Lord has been so kind and merciful to us in and through this marriage.  It amazes me to look back on these past 5 years and see His hand in it all.  I can't wait to see what the next 5 years will hold!

 Today we took a walk down to the park and the kiddos had a blast playing there!  How can you not love these cute faces?  LT is on the left, FJ in the center, and BP on the right!

Sweet little ID enjoying his nap. Don't let this picture fool you though, he is by far the most colicky baby we have had. Definitely a challenge for us!

I LOVE this picture! LT and FJ enjoying some time together in the power wheel! LT decided that since FJ can't reach the pedals, he'd drive her around! Such a sweet older brother!

If you're wondering where BP is...he's just difficult to photograph with my phone (which is where these pics came from). He moves TOO much!

A few pictures of ID and the rest of the family taken the day after his birth. He's not so little, at his 2 week check-up he weighed 10 lbs!

Last month we piled our family into the minivan and took off on another long (4,000 miles) road trip. This time we went up north, first to Madison, Wisconsin, for my sister's wedding, then off to Minnesota to visit the rest of our family. Below are some pictures from the wedding. The other day my husband pulled out his camera and took a few shots of the kids. These are some of my favorites. I love their expressions in each one because, well this is how they usually are!

After lunch each day we have "quiet time". The boys and sometimes FJ, will sit and read books before pre-school/nap time! Today I caught the twins on camera sharing their book. Sweet and pretty funny at the same time! LT is in green and BP in blue.

I absolutely LOVE this picture of the boys...I really think it's quite hilarious. I'm not quite sure why they are making this face, but it is adorable. BP is in the blue and LT in the green. They just look so serious!

One of our favorite people has a birthday today. Happy Birthday Courtney! We were blessed to have met her during our NICU stay and have stayed in touch ever since!
