Besides the normal patrols, my husbands brigade was fortunate enough to be able to help several Iraqi's, including children, obtain medical care that they needed. Here a soldier's motherly instinct kicks in as she cradles an Iraqi boy.

Again, on a medical mission, my husbands boss helps diagnose an Iraqi kid.
