Yesterday we celebrated the boys 1st birthday with a picnic at a nearby park. Thankfully the weather turned out to be alright (I literally checked the radar every 10 minutes in the morning as the rain came through) and we all had a great time. I think the highlight was definitely the boys destroying their cake (they each had their own...the one and only time they will ever get a whole birthday cake to themselves), but we also enjoyed a pretty awesome shave ice machine (thanks Grandpa Tom for putting that together!). Thanks to everyone who came out!
